Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using sftir's website at sftir.com, web application at app.sftir.com, browser extensions, mobile shortcuts, API services, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sftir ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
sftir is an AI-powered video intelligence platform. The Service allows you to submit publicly available video URLs from supported social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn). Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze, transcribe, categorize, and extract actionable insights from the submitted video content. The Service also provides tools for organizing insights into collections, sharing collections publicly, and discovering collections created by other users.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You may register using an email address and password or through Google OAuth.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any personal API keys generated through the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.3 API Keys
The Service provides personal API keys for integrating with browser extensions, mobile shortcuts, and third-party tools. You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys secure. API keys should be treated as passwords and must not be shared publicly or committed to public code repositories. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
4.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plans
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers, including a free plan and paid plans with additional features and higher usage limits. Current plan details, pricing, and feature comparisons are available on our pricing page.
5.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect.
5.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a significant, verified service disruption, you may request a prorated refund by contacting us. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
5.6 Usage Limits
Each subscription plan includes usage limits. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing period. If you exceed your plan's limits, additional submissions may be rejected until your usage resets or you upgrade.
